With low-loss Optical switching technology, it provides economical protection Against fiber cuts and failures. The system is used to implement Redundant path for all kinds of transmission system. Operation Is independent of transmission rate, format, and wavelength.
The OLP (optical Line protection) device can continuously monitor optical power on both its primary and secondary links. If optical power on one optical link (primary path or secondary path) drop below a certain threshold, The OLP switches the optical path to anotherwithin 50ms.
